Front Office Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest check‑in process at our Belgrade hotel. You will ensure smooth arrivals, accurate billing and exceptional service while supporting the front‑office team.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information, ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, balance receipts and secure cash at shift start and end.
• Compile daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and notify loss prevention of any theft reports.
• Assist guests with directions, property information and special requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Support management in training, evaluating, counseling and motivating front‑office staff.
• Maintain compliance with safety, appearance, confidentiality and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of front‑office experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 10 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer and POS systems for guest check‑in and billing.
