Future Talent Maintenance Engineer – Trainee Programme

About the role

We are looking for a newly‑graduated engineer to join Tetra Pak’s Future Talent programme as a Maintenance Engineer at our Gornji Milanovac site. The 18‑month trainee programme combines training, job rotations and hands‑on projects to develop your skills in modern packaging production and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply modern technologies for producing packaging materials.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliable and safe operation of production equipment.
• Conduct systematic diagnostics, root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives.
• Lead equipment modification projects and support cross‑functional improvement activities.
• Contribute to people‑management tasks such as setting goals, providing feedback and tracking performance.

Required profile

• Graduated (or graduating) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in 2025‑2026.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and personal drive.
• Professional attitude with ability to build a broad network.
• Interest in automation, electrical or mechanical systems.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
