About the role

Join a fast‑growing global business as a Graduate Operations professional in Belgrade. Over an 18‑month programme you will rotate through key commercial functions, develop project‑management expertise and build a solid foundation in marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across diverse business functions.
• Support marketing teams to deliver commercial results.
• Manage and contribute to a variety of projects, applying analytical and creative problem‑solving.
• Engage with internal and external business partners at all levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant work or internship experience.
• Driven, ambitious, proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative problem‑solving.
• Leadership experience through extracurricular activities.
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Valid driving licence (Category B).
