Global HR Business Partner – CRO & Life Sciences

About the role

Ergomed Group is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support its pharmacovigilance (PV) function. This senior HR professional will work closely with senior PV leaders across regions, shaping people strategies that enable safe drug monitoring at a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to global PV leadership, translating business goals into actionable HR strategies.
• Lead global workforce planning, including capability gap analysis, succession planning and talent strategy for an international footprint.
• Design and implement performance frameworks, retention programs and development pathways for hard‑to‑find PV talent.
• Monitor employee engagement worldwide, turning insights into concrete actions.
• Guide teams through restructuring, M&A, growth and transformation initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven compensation analysis and ensure HR policies remain compliant across all jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Significant HR experience in a global, matrixed environment, preferably within CROs or life‑science organizations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance or related regulated functions is essential.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven HR solutions.
