Middle Media Buyer (Google Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Middle Media Buyer with strong hands‑on expertise in Google Ads to join our Performance Marketing team. You will manage paid search and YouTube brand‑awareness campaigns across global markets, working with both web and mobile app acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise Google Paid Search campaigns worldwide.
• Plan and run YouTube Brand Awareness campaigns, including Brand Lift studies.
• Maintain large‑scale Google Ads account structures and ensure proper naming, tagging and tracking.
• Build and optimise acquisition funnels for web, app, web‑to‑app and quiz formats.
• Work with AppsFlyer raw data for keyword‑level attribution and reporting.
• Automate campaign management and reporting using Google Ads Editor, Google Sheets and AI tools such as Claude MCP.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience, primarily Paid Search.
• Proven track record managing both web and mobile app acquisition with budgets of at least $50K per month.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics, attribution and performance measurement.
• Good English communication (B2+), collaborative and proactive attitude.
