About the role

Do-Ing is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of internationally recognised beauty brands and adapt them for the local market. You will work on a variety of print and digital projects, ensuring high‑quality design that supports marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual identity concepts and designs for company brands, tailored to the domestic market.
• Develop all print solutions for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers and other collateral.
• Design and technically prepare brochures and other printed materials.
• Edit photographs and prepare images for web use.
• Design and plan POS materials such as shelves, stands, window displays and similar elements.
• Propose and implement design improvements across the department.

Required profile

• Higher education in design, visual arts or a related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong creativity, high aesthetic standards and solid visual literacy.
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, precision and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (advantage).
