Help Desk Representative (Italian Speaking)

About the role

NCR Atleos is seeking an Italian‑speaking Help Desk Representative to serve as the single point of contact for customers requiring incident management services. The role involves handling a high volume of calls, resolving service requests, and ensuring smooth operation of ATM networks for financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming customer calls and service requests.
• Generate daily and weekly incident reports and review incident history for recurring issues.
• Monitor ATM networks, prioritize incidents, and provide accurate solutions.
• Use remote access tools to diagnose and resolve equipment problems.
• Document incident records, update work orders, and communicate status to customers.
• Escalate issues according to defined escalation paths.
• Collaborate with other support specialists to coordinate rapid issue resolution.
• Participate in team projects aimed at improving service desk efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (B2 level or higher) and proficient in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and tools.
• Experience using remote access tools for troubleshooting.
