HR Generalist – Performance & Talent Management

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate performance management, maintain HRIS data, analyse workforce metrics and support a performance‑driven culture across its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year and year‑end reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance processes, timelines and tools.
• Act as a key Workday user, maintaining accurate employee and organizational data and supporting managers in using the system for performance, talent and structure.
• Generate and analyse HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics to support decision‑making and present insights to leadership.
• Coordinate learning and development activities aligned with business needs and monitor diversity metrics throughout recruitment and promotion processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, performance management or HR operations.
• Experience working with Workday or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency in interpreting HR data.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
