HR Solution Architect

About the role

GRAMMER is looking for an HR Solution Architect to join its global team. You will help shape HR processes and technology across our automotive and commercial‑vehicle divisions, supporting a workforce of more than 14,000 employees in 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design end‑to‑end HR solutions that align with GRAMMER’s strategic goals.
• Lead the implementation and integration of HR systems across multiple sites and business units.
• Analyze current HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose technology‑enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labour regulations while maintaining data security.
• Provide guidance and training to HR teams on new tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, and payroll.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, global environment.
