Intercompany Centre of Excellence Supervisor

About the role

Join Avon’s Intercompany Centre of Excellence (IC COE) as a Supervisor, leading day‑to‑day operations and ensuring accurate, timely intercompany transactions across the organization. You will manage monthly cycles, support policy changes, and collaborate with a third‑party service provider while fostering a high‑performance team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise end‑to‑end intercompany processes for smooth transaction flow.
• Own and continuously develop the intercompany service model in partnership with Regional Tax and Central FP&A.
• Review and adapt processes to reflect regulatory changes, exceptions, and non‑standard scenarios.
• Create, maintain, and improve SOPs to drive standardisation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for intercompany queries and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the intercompany accounting team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of finance experience with strong exposure to accounting operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or professional certification a plus).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to stay organised, manage pressure and meet strict deadlines.
