IT Project Manager – Compliance Data & Governance

About the role

PST.AG is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives in highly regulated environments. This remote‑first position focuses on compliance data, corporate registry information, and AI model governance, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and auditability across global projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end projects on corporate registry, beneficial ownership, and statutory reporting data.
• Manage data validation, reconciliation, audit readiness, and data‑quality controls.
• Apply classical (Waterfall) and hybrid project‑management methodologies, including WBS, Gantt charts, CPM analysis, and Earned Value Management.
• Maintain strict change control, plan‑vs‑actual tracking, and risk mitigation for compliance impacts.
• Establish governance frameworks, central documentation repositories, and standardized workflows.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors in regulated settings.
• Plan resources, define roles, and work with HR to secure staffing aligned with timelines and budgets.
• Provide strategic input on AI model types, fine‑tuning vs. RAG trade‑offs, hallucination risk, and inference cost considerations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project‑management experience.
• Proven track record delivering compliance and company‑register data projects.
• Strong understanding of corporate registry structures and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with formal project controls such as Earned Value Management.
