IT Project Manager – Internal Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on IT Project Manager to lead internal IT projects from shaping through to hand‑over into operation. You will own the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating cross‑domain teams and ensuring projects are transparent, on track and well governed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and steer cross‑domain project teams (2‑5 members) across several countries.
• Organise three‑week sprint cycles, including planning and review meetings.
• Maintain a lightweight governance baseline: clear goals, right‑sized plans, budget tracking, stakeholder matrix and regular reporting.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, remove impediments and facilitate cross‑team collaboration.
• Keep the project backlog healthy and drive delivery of incremental value each sprint.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure smooth hand‑over to operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT projects end‑to‑end in a hands‑on role.
• Ability to create clarity when requirements or responsibilities are unclear.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation skills.
• Comfort working with distributed, multi‑country teams.
• Commitment to iterative and agile practices where appropriate.
