Junior Accounts Receivable Associate – Shared Services

About the role

Magna is seeking a motivated graduate to join its international Shared Service Centre as a Junior Accounts Receivable Associate. The role offers structured training and mentoring, allowing you to develop end‑to‑end AR processes while working with colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply Accounts Receivable procedures and company policies.
• Support invoice creation, processing, and workflow monitoring.
• Assist with customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities and AR KPI reporting.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on invoice‑related queries.
• After training, independently process invoices in SAP and manage assigned customer accounts.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field.
• Recent graduate or final‑year student; no prior work experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic level)
• Microsoft Office suite
• SAP knowledge (advantage, not mandatory)
