Junior Partner Account Manager (Spanish, English & Russian)

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Junior Partner Account Manager to join its Content Sufficiency team within the Content & Service Quality Operations department. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing partner relationships and improving content quality across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyze statistics, reports, and partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support and manage partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Contribute to the improvement of partner‑related processes, tools, reporting and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (C1+), and English (B1+).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with contractors, partners and handling claims.
• Confidence working with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Advanced user of Google Workspace.
