Lighting Designer – Global Business Centre, Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Lighting Designer to turn concepts into high‑quality, standard‑compliant lighting solutions. You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to shape spaces and experiences at our Global Business Centre in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for all lighting design topics following defined business processes.
• Plan and deliver lighting design projects on schedule and in compliance with company guidelines and market requirements.
• Independently design standard‑compliant lighting systems based on clarified requirements from sales, customers, or intermediaries.
• Create designs and prepare projects for the next stage by producing quantity schedules, technical calculations, CAD drawings, information packs and client presentations.
• Prepare lighting calculations, visualisations and energy calculations using Dialux or Relux.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Understand the big picture of each project and support the achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Education in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Mandatory experience with AutoCAD; experience with Dialux or Relux is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of lighting products, design standards and applications is a plus.
• High technical awareness, problem‑solving ability and strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Very good English skills and fluency in the local language; additional languages are a benefit.
