Logistics Assistant

About the role

TDV Automotive is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support invoicing, vehicle distribution, and administrative processes. The role is based in Belgrade and involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales invoices for authorized dealers, private customers, and business partners in line with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and handle documentation required for vehicle delivery.
• Record, monitor, and reconcile issued invoices, working closely with finance and accounting to guarantee correct posting.
• Provide administrative support for vehicle import, distribution, and delivery, including updating records and databases.
• Maintain and archive sales and distribution documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and accounting departments to ensure efficient business processes.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative tasks, invoicing processes, and basic inventory records.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• High level of precision, responsibility, and systematic work approach.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
