Logistics & Customs Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Customs Intern to support our wiper systems plant in Šimanovci. You will assist the customs team in handling import and export procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal teams and obtain mandatory documents for customs procedures.
• Prepare additional documents requested by customers.
• Track and monitor temporary admission processes for returnable packaging.
• Check and control export and import documentation.
• Submit original customs declarations to the customs office.
• Implement in‑house export and import formalities.
• Prepare documents for customs authorities and apply customs stamps.
• Scan, archive, and maintain documentation.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Technical Sciences, Organizational Sciences, Transport and Traffic Engineering or related fields.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, structured, and able to work well in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) – considered an advantage.
