About the role

Join Bosch Group’s #LikeABosch internship program in Šimanovci, Serbia. This paid full‑time internship lasts at least six months and offers you the chance to work on real projects within our automotive and industrial divisions while studying.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on professional experience related to your field of study.
• Work under mentorship from experienced colleagues and integrate into daily team activities.
• Take ownership of project tasks from day one and contribute to various business areas.
• Participate in structured technical and professional training sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from faculties such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Sciences, Transportation, Organizational Sciences, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Motivated to work in an international team, creative and able to drive own ideas.
• High sense of responsibility, independent work style and structured approach.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (part of MS Office suite).
