Manager of Salesforce Development (Serbia)

About the role

Flosum, a profitable B2B SaaS company building a Salesforce-native DevSecOps, data protection and security platform, is hiring a Manager of Salesforce Development for Serbia. This is a full-time, long-term contract position working remotely. The role is a hands-on leadership position: you will own architecture decisions, delivery outcomes and team performance, and work directly with the CEO and leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems.
• Take end-to-end ownership of development execution and delivery.
• Manage and improve developer performance, with direct accountability for output, and drive development velocity by removing bottlenecks.
• Set clear engineering standards and accountability.
• Train and ramp up Node.js developers into Salesforce (about 1-2 months), with hands-on guidance and technical oversight.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on priorities and execution.
• Make final technical decisions when needed so execution is not blocked.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience as a technical architect.
• Experience managing developers and being accountable for delivery.
• Ability to design and own end-to-end system architecture.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to assess team capability, close gaps and make accountable decisions.

Required skills

• Strong Salesforce experience at the architecture level.
• Strong hands-on Node.js experience in production systems.
