About the role
Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, automation and continuous improvement functions at its Loznica plant.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term engineering strategies aligned with plant objectives.
- Drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality and operational performance.
- Lead engineering activities for new product launches, APQP and process validation.
- Manage departmental resources, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing, TPM and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive, with leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives autonomously.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
