Manufacturing Engineering Manager

About the role

Adient, a global leader in automotive seating, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, automation and continuous improvement functions at its Loznica plant.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term engineering strategies aligned with plant objectives.
• Drive innovation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, quality and operational performance.
• Lead engineering activities for new product launches, APQP and process validation.
• Manage departmental resources, including CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing, TPM and structured problem‑solving methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives autonomously.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
