Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are Tomas & Ray, a leading perfume distribution company representing prestigious fragrance brands. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to support brand marketing initiatives and help increase visibility across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to track trends in the fragrance and beauty industry.
• Support organization of product launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
• Provide social‑media coordination and support digital marketing efforts.
• Manage online shop orders, track shipments and ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Perform basic website updates and content adjustments for the online shop.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing, brand management or communications is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
