Marketing Specialist – Email, Reputation & Affiliate

About the role

Unlimit is seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and optimise three core growth channels: email, reputation, and affiliate partnerships. The role will ensure a consistent, credible brand narrative across all merchant touchpoints while driving measurable commercial impact for the global financial infrastructure platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global email calendar, creating newsletters, product launch announcements, webinars, events, nurture campaigns and client communications.
• Write, build, test and deploy email campaigns using existing templates and audience segments, managing QA, A/B testing and optimisation.
• Maintain email templates, monitor list health, deliverability and compliance, and coordinate with Marketing Operations on technical issues.
• Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR and regional marketing regulations.
• Manage Unlimit’s presence on review platforms, directories and comparison sites, keeping profiles accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Run review‑generation initiatives, respond to public reviews and monitor brand mentions, sentiment and share of voice.
• Support PR activities, including media lists, award submissions and thought‑leadership placements.
• Coordinate reputation management, escalating issues, supporting crisis communications and improving branded search visibility.
• Manage the affiliate and referral programme, recruiting partners, onboarding them and tracking performance.
• Develop relationships with publishers, comparison sites, industry media and strategic partners, coordinating co‑marketing campaigns and sponsored placements.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling email copy and brand‑consistent messaging.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for managing calendars, QA processes and compliance requirements.
• Proactive attitude toward reputation monitoring and partner relationship building.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms and template management.
• Knowledge of GDPR and regional marketing regulations.
• Familiarity with affiliate programme management and partner onboarding.
