Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist is a full‑time remote position focused on planning, executing and continuously improving digital marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and business growth. You will work independently while collaborating closely with sales, operations, engineering and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise both organic (SEO) and paid (PPC, paid social) campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO coordination and content optimisation.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta advertising and other PPC platforms, adjusting bids and targeting to maximise ROI.
• Track website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality and other key performance indicators.
• Analyse marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain and update website, landing pages, social media and other digital assets.
• Prepare clear performance reports and recommend next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and PPC marketing.
• Proven ability to independently plan, manage and optimise digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of how marketing activities align with broader business objectives.
• Excellent accountability, communication and organisational skills for a fully remote role.
