Medical Customer Service Representative (Serbian) – Freelance

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Medical Customer Service Representative who will act as the primary point of contact for patients participating in clinical trials. The role focuses on patient screening and facilitating communication between doctors and patients, helping to accelerate medical innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company as the main contact for patients.
• Screen patients for clinical trial eligibility, ensuring no sales calls are made.
• Assist doctors and patients in connecting and sharing relevant information.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email following a strict screener protocol.

Required profile

• Native Serbian speaker with fluent English.
• Previous experience as a nurse, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), or other medical‑field role.
• Experience handling customer requests by phone or email, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong organizational skills and confident communication.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings if needed.
