About the role
The client, a hospitality and short‑term rental company, seeks an Operations & Client Relations Manager to bridge the executive team and on‑ground staff. You will ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day ground operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry services.
- Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee service quality and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling inquiries.
- Manage client‑facing issues or escalations with professionalism.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in an Operations Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Proven experience in client relations within the hospitality or short‑term rental sector.
- High proficiency in English with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and able to work autonomously.
