About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Patient Engagement Specialist or Lead, supporting the Patient Engagement team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. The role can be performed on‑site or in a hybrid setting in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the PE Lead in developing, preparing, approving and distributing patient engagement materials from concept to closure.
  • Set up and maintain tracking tools, ensuring all systems are up‑to‑date.
  • Coordinate regulatory and ethics submissions for patient recruitment materials.
  • Manage vendor partners within the allocated indirect budget and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

  • C1 level English or higher.
  • BA/BS in biological sciences or a related health‑care discipline.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and work both independently and within a matrix team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database applications.
