About the role

Join Syneos Health as a Patient Engagement Specialist or Lead, supporting the Patient Engagement team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. The role can be performed on‑site or in a hybrid setting in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

Assist the PE Lead in developing, preparing, approving and distributing patient engagement materials from concept to closure.
Set up and maintain tracking tools, ensuring all systems are up‑to‑date.
Coordinate regulatory and ethics submissions for patient recruitment materials.
Manage vendor partners within the allocated indirect budget and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

C1 level English or higher.
BA/BS in biological sciences or a related health‑care discipline.
Strong presentation, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and work both independently and within a matrix team.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database applications.
