Pavilion Manager

About the role

The Pavilion Manager will lead the planning, implementation and operation of a complex exhibition pavilion. This role ensures the pavilion’s concept, displays and program activities are delivered to the highest standards in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the pavilion concept, content and programme in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Coordinate the development, installation and maintenance of exhibition displays, exhibits and related content.
• Ensure all installations comply with the defined concept, standards and operational plans.
• Plan and oversee the execution of programme activities such as exhibitions, events, presentations, workshops and conferences.
• Manage hosting and protocol services, including VIP visits, delegations and special programmes.
• Design and control the “guest journey” and service standards for all visitor categories.
• Lead teams responsible for content, visitor hosting and services, including resource planning and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cooperation with partners, tenants, sponsors and relevant internal units.
• Monitor programme delivery and KPI performance, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Contribute to reporting, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives for the pavilion.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex operational and business environments.
• Experience in service‑oriented sectors, operations management or coordination of large‑scale, multi‑stream activities.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with external partners.
• Strong process‑improvement and service‑quality orientation.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
