People Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

ProGlove is seeking a People Partner – Talent Acquisition to own the full recruitment lifecycle for its growing teams across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a smooth, data‑driven hiring experience that supports the company’s mission to empower frontline workers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for open positions, from intake to offer and onboarding handover.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals and other active‑sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria and tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules and deliver a fast, positive candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, source effectiveness) and use insights to improve processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to broader People projects such as talent management or HR operations when needed.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Strong active‑sourcing abilities and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and referral networks.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, able to guide and challenge hiring managers.
• Data‑informed mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Serbian language skills are a plus.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international environment across multiple locations.
