Phone Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Agent to promote A1’s products and services to new and existing customers over the phone. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell A1 products and services to prospective and current customers via telephone.
• Provide timely, relevant information in response to customer inquiries and requests.
• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales journey.
• Record customer contracts accurately in the company’s sales systems and applications.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (high school diploma).
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in sales or customer‑service environments.
• Team‑oriented yet capable of working independently.
• Highly responsible, reliable and focused on customer needs.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, results‑driven environment.
