About the role

IKEA is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Associate to join our store team in Belgrade. You will interact daily with customers, using digital tools to create a positive shopping experience and help them design functional, stylish homes.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers who need assistance and provide personalized advice on home solutions such as bathrooms, wardrobes and modular storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all products are clearly priced.
• Communicate the full range of IKEA services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Restock shelves throughout the day and prepare the sales floor for the next shift.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of direct sales experience.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive to achieve shared results.
• Interest in home furnishing and everyday living spaces.
• Quick learner with an eye for detail.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially the MS Office suite.
