About the role

Join AUMOVIO’s HR team as an intern focused on recruitment and selection at the Kać manufacturing site. You will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full hiring cycle and gain hands‑on experience in talent development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating job advertisements and posting them on relevant channels.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Communicate selection results to candidates and maintain candidate records.
• Support talent development activities such as employee engagement initiatives and succession planning.
• Collect, analyse, and report HR KPI data.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate employee and candidate databases.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes.
• Proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong teamwork attitude in a dynamic, business‑focused environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
