Project Manager – Development (Industrial/Automotive)

About the role

Brose Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development projects within its industrial and automotive divisions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, align technical, production and commercial requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate serial, customer and internal projects, working with cross‑functional teams, customers and suppliers.
• Plan, monitor and control project timelines, budgets, resources and overall progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change requests, status updates and closure reports.
• Drive implementation of serial changes and customer‑related activities.
• Provide regular project reporting and maintain planning and tracking tools.
• Identify risks, manage escalations and support timely issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication and coordination within project teams throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of project management and product development processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to assess risks, manage budgets and support project controlling activities.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
