Project Sales Manager / Business Development

About the role

The Project Sales Manager / Business Development professional will drive growth by building and maintaining relationships with investors, architects, designers and contractors, while identifying and securing new project opportunities in the technical equipment market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with key market participants.
• Identify, acquire and lead sales activities for new projects from inception to completion.
• Present the company’s products and technical solutions to decision‑makers.
• Monitor market trends and investment projects from early stages through execution.
• Define commercial strategy and approach for each project.
• Coordinate with internal expert teams during project preparation and delivery.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the contracting process.
• Achieve sales targets and expand business in line with company strategy.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical or economic field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales, business development or project management.
• Proven experience in the technical solutions market for commercial, residential or infrastructure projects.
• Experience collaborating with investors, architects, designers and contractors.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Proactive, able to lead complex activities independently.
• Good command of English.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
