Purchasing Office Clerk – Belgrade

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Purchasing Office Clerk to join Eurospin’s Purchasing Department in Belgrade. The role supports the team in data collection, supplier administration and import processes, ensuring smooth procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and compile market, sales and purchasing data to aid assortment planning.
• Handle administrative documentation for supplier contracts, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
• Support the purchasing team with catalogue preparation, sample orders and supplier onboarding activities.
• Follow operational processes related to import and customs documentation, liaising with the central team.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing department, purchasing support or commercial administration, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Fluent in Serbian and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
