Quality Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance team in Belgrade. You will work closely with department heads to align quality initiatives with the company’s strategic goals and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to integrate quality goals across the organization.
• Mentor and supervise quality control staff, providing feedback and coaching.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate daily operations, resource allocation, and task execution.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading teams of 20+ members.
• Proven leadership, team‑building, and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and data analysis.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics.
