Recruitment Partner – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to own end‑to‑end hiring for our clients across ecommerce, tech and professional services. You will act as an equal partner to founders and business owners, guiding them through the hiring process and delivering high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, run onboarding calls and keep them informed throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Specialist to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Research client businesses, roles and market trends to prepare for candidate conversations.
• Conduct interviews that go beyond the CV to assess cultural and technical fit.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, managing scheduling, feedback and status updates.
• Provide honest advice on salary expectations and role specifications.
• Own the recruitment pipeline, track metrics and drive the strategy to successful hires.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience with international clients (USA, UK, Europe).
• Proven sourcing ability using Boolean search, LinkedIn and AI‑assisted tools.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Workable).
• Comfortable evaluating technical CVs and discussing requirements with developers.

• Monthly salary $3,000–$3,500 (gross)
• Full‑time remote contract with flexible core hours (8 am–5 pm CET)
