Regional Operations Specialist

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a Regional Operations Specialist to support its local Procurement and Sales teams in Belgrade. You will act as a key liaison between the company’s subsidiaries and a global network of publishers and suppliers, helping to keep procurement processes efficient, accurate, and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Source, organize and manage quotations from publishers and suppliers, ensuring timely support for procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, leading negotiations to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
• Research and gather information to support procurement requests and informed decision‑making.
• Provide responsive support to customers, partners, sales representatives and internal operations teams within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet procurement objectives and deliver high‑quality customer experience.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and adherence to service standards.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• Foundational experience in software procurement, order management, accounts payable or a similar operational environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Navision and software licensing is an advantage.
