About the role
We are looking for a fast‑moving recruiter to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on quickly identifying and advancing top talent to decision‑makers, rather than tracking traditional HR metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Understand success factors for each position and craft compelling job postings.
- Review applications promptly, conduct phone screens, and assess fit.
- Move strong candidates to hiring managers without delay.
- Guide candidates through the offer and acceptance stages.
- Maintain the recruiting pipeline using the Manatal ATS.
Required profile
- Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with international or North‑American companies.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong judgment and confidence in decision‑making.
- Comfortable working North‑American Eastern Time hours.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where results matter more than activity.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
