Remote Sales Manager for Kids' Online Courses

About the role

Join Kodland, an international online school that empowers children and teens with digital skills. As a Remote Sales Manager you will lead live demo lessons for families, showcase the learning platform, and convert interest into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s curriculum, answer questions, and guide families to the most suitable course.
• Build trust, handle objections, and close enrollments from warm leads.
• Maintain a professional virtual presence via Zoom or Google Meet.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency for speaking with parents and students.
• Availability to work afternoons/evenings (starting at 14:00 US time) and one weekend day per week.
• Reliable home office setup: PC with at least 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset, and stable internet.
