RPA Developer – Business Process Automation CoE

About the role

As an RPA Developer in the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence (BPA CoE), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise automation solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence across the organization. The role covers the full automation lifecycle, from design to continuous improvement, and you will act as a technical expert ensuring stability, performance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following coding standards and architecture guidelines.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility, benefits, and risks.
• Provide production support, monitor automated workflows, and troubleshoot failures or infrastructure issues.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and UAT tests, and maintain design documents and runbooks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to CoE best practices and automation strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of hands‑on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Document Understanding).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry).
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to work in a distributed, agile international team.

Required skills

• UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Document Understanding).
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Power Apps, Copilot Studio.
• Programming in C# or VB.NET and scripting with Python.
• SQL Server – stored procedures, views, and data manipulation.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs within automation flows.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services.
