Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Birdseye, a fast‑growing security solutions company, as a Sales Development Representative. You will work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, qualifying leads and supporting the sales team to expand our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Present the company to potential clients and identify their needs.
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.

Required profile

• Proven business development success using core sales tools.
• Ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
• Understanding of customer pain points and ability to translate them into value.
• Strong professional communication skills – written, verbal, presentation.
• Fluent English.
• Capacity to manage multiple requests and meet production goals.
• Drive, grit and team‑oriented attitude.
