Sales Representative for PoS & Electricians

About the role

Join Schneider Electric's Channel team in Belgrade as a Sales Representative focused on Points of Sale (PoS) and electricians. You will act as the face of the company, building relationships with indirect customers across Serbia and Montenegro and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with PoS and electrician clients.
• Define and follow a PoS action plan and yearly contract.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for individual opportunities.
• Organise and deliver technical trainings and workshops for PoS partners.
• Monitor competitors and position Schneider Electric’s solutions in the market.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and provide market insights to management.

Required profile

• Technical background, preferably a degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience selling electrical goods.
• Strong communication, organisational and target‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
