Sales Representative – Serbia (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to act as the brand ambassador for CYBEX in Serbia. Working from home, you will support our B2B retailers and distributors in the juvenile industry, promoting our premium range of child‑safety products.

Key responsibilities

• Represent CYBEX in stores and partner locations, ensuring visibility of product launches, new collections and promotional activities.
• Sell CYBEX products to B2B retailers and distributors across Serbia and manage existing accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the portfolio of potential leads.
• Maintain and grow the presence of CYBEX product ranges (Platinum, Gold, Silver) within the retailer network.
• Train retail partners on product features and technologies, turning them into brand ambassadors.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitive activity, retail events and digital trends.

Required profile

• First successful experience in sales, preferably in retail, luxury goods, sports or toys.
• Understanding of premium market dynamics.
• Fluent in Serbian and proficient in spoken and written English.
• Highly reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and prioritisation skills.
