Sales Representative – Western Balkans Automotive Aftermarket

About the role

Join ZF’s Aftermarket team as a Sales Representative focused on the Western Balkans. You will help expand ZF’s market presence by building strong relationships with key customers and supporting regional growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support ZF Aftermarket development in the Western Balkans according to the sub‑region strategy.
• Follow up with assigned clients, assisting them in achieving sales targets.
• Assist the Central Key Account Manager and Sub‑Zone Head in serving large customers.
• Organise and participate in client events and meetings tailored to marketing needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to inform business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics or a related field.
• Strong command of English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the Western Balkans and hold a valid category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS‑Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
