Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant – Serbia

About the role

Join Deloitte Digital's Marketing Technology team to help leading global brands create meaningful customer engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work with international clients to design, build and optimise multi‑channel engagement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute customer journeys, campaigns and automations across Email, SMS, Mobile Push, WhatsApp and web channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical platform solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements, reusable assets, accelerators and AI‑enabled tools to increase delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to the creation of templates, frameworks and internal tools that scale across client engagements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, lifecycle marketing and campaign optimisation.
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or higher); certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Email Studio.
• SQL and AMPscript for data handling and content personalization.
• Audience segmentation and multi‑channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Mobile Push, WhatsApp).
