SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant – ERP Transformation

About the role

As a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant you will join NETCONOMY’s ERP practice to design and implement modern ERP solutions for clients across Europe. Working alongside senior consultants, you will gain hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and contribute to end‑to‑end business processes that support digital business models.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of business processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Assist in workshops, documentation, and requirement analysis together with senior consultants.
• Learn to configure SAP systems (customizing) based on business needs.
• Support testing, go‑live, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, and data specialists.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller topics and process areas.
• Continuously expand knowledge of ERP, business processes, and SAP technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP or business‑process tools.
• Experience with business processes and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Motivation to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
