Scrum Master – Agile Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help launch a new Agile team and embed effective Scrum practices across distributed locations. You will guide the team, facilitate collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for distributed teams.
• Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring alignment with SAFe practices.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that affect development speed and quality.
• Monitor sprint progress, scope, timelines, and dependencies, and report on day‑to‑day project status.
• Facilitate decision‑making, conflict resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support the setup and ramp‑up of a new Scrum team within a large‑scale Agile environment.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Leader.
• Hands‑on experience with Scrum in distributed teams and familiarity with SAFe.
• Strong facilitation, conflict‑resolution, and team‑empowerment skills.
• Excellent communication in English, both spoken and written.
