Senior Amazon Operations Specialist

About the role

Ten Digital is seeking a hands‑on Senior Amazon Operations Specialist to own end‑to‑end Amazon Seller Central activities for its portfolio of DTC brands. The role focuses on executing daily operational tasks, optimizing listings and ensuring account health to drive incremental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily health of existing Amazon Seller Central accounts, resolving policy warnings and listing suppressions.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate FBA restocks with supply‑chain and operations teams.
• Audit and refine product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content) and conduct ongoing keyword research to improve organic ranking.
• Optimize backend search terms, images and videos to increase conversion rates.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering GMV, conversion rate, session percentage and Buy Box metrics.
• Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with the dedicated PPC specialist to align listings with advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts in the US market with measurable growth.
• Track record of scaling mature brands and optimizing listings for SEO and CRO.
• Strong understanding of Amazon operational levers, FBA logistics, compliance and restricted‑category approvals.
